This hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of both the train and bus stations, making it very convenient for budget travellers. the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about great local restaurants and sights to see, giving great recommendations to make the most of your stay. it is situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the local hotspots.

Some minor maintenance issues with shower doors have been noted, but it does not detract from the overall experience at this hotel.

The hotel is situated in the full center of the town. It has been quite recently renewed. Gentle staff. Clean room and bathroom.

Parking is not well resolved. Breakfast should be more rich. "Red light ladies" in the vicinity (after 9 pm).

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and outgoing, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Secondly, the location was perfect for exploring the city, with convenient access to the local busses and historic tram. Lastly, the breakfast included was a great start to the day, with a variety of options such as warm croissants, cereals, fruit, cake.

Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

Definitely, NOT value for money hotel. Cheap single room standards, poor bathroom maintanance. Chambermaids in the morning can also "work" as the morning alarm in the corridors. Breakfast FAR BELOW acceptability of the day fee.

Location near train and bus stations was the reason I stayed there, as it is a 7 minute walk to both. The single room I stayed in was basic, but clean. Continental breakfast was good. Friendly staff at reception spoke good English.

Could not get the free Wi-Fi to work from room. Hotel does not have it's own sign-in page. My mobile device could pick up the sign-in page from the hotel next door, but not the hotel I was staying in.

The hotel is conveniently located near tourist attractions and public transportation. Breakfast offers a variety of choices, from bread to pastries and coffee. the rooms are clean and well, maintained, providing a comfortable stay.

The shower fittings in the bathroom can be problematic, and there is no proper shower that leads to water pooling on the floor, making it inconvenient. Wi, Fi can be slower than the normal speed that people are accustomed to, making it difficult to download documents in a timely manner.

Stay away from this hotel!!!!! Really horrible and expensive Breakfast - horrible. Room - disaster - dirty and very rude staff. Air condition - dos not working. No parking place!!!!! Empty mini bar!!!!! No restaurant and even bar!!!!!!

Location was central and convenient, breakfast included, cheap and cheerful hotel with all the basics...........

Almost no natural light in the room, very dark and impossible to know what the weather was like until got outside the hotel!
